Repair within 1 year warranty is covered and customer is invoiced return shipping. Repair outside of 1 year warranty will be invoiced dependent on necessary repairs. We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your shipment; to ensure that it arrives safely. Repairs ship back to customer via USPS Priority; tracking is emailed to customer.
