Returns ship to the above address; all watch returns are subject to $50 restock fee and shipping fees are never refunded.

We recommend shipping via UPS versus USPS; though the choice is yours!

Service Center will reach-out to customer as needed; contact watchmaker direct if need be.

Repair within 1 year warranty is covered (this does not include customer flood or abuse) and customer is invoiced return shipping. Repair outside of 1 year warranty will be invoiced dependent on necessary repairs.

We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your shipment.

Service center returns ship UPS and return shipping fees are invoiced to customer.

Do not ship service pieces in a envelope (not even a padded envelope), rather ship in a box! And tape your box closed...... We cannot service or refund something we do not receive!
