Ship returns to the above address; all watch returns are subject to a $50 restock fee, and expedited shipping fees are never refunded.

We recommend shipping via UPS rather than USPS, though the choice is yours!

The Service Center will reach out to the customer as needed; contact the watchmaker directly if needed.

Repairs within the 1-year warranty are covered (this does not include customer flood or abuse), and the customer is invoiced for return shipping. Repairs outside the 1-year warranty will be invoiced based on the necessary repairs.

We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for your shipment.

Service center returns ship via UPS, and shipping fees are invoiced to the customer. Signature delivery is required for serviced pieces; if you request no-signature return shipping, you assume all liability for the shipment. 

Do not ship service pieces in an envelope (not even a padded envelope); ship in a box! And tape your box closed...... We cannot service or refund something we do not receive!
